Bill Me Later is a system used by many online stores to allow customers to buy whatever they want and pay for it later. There is often a minimum purchase amount required to take advantage of this option. Ordinarily there is a grace period of anywhere from 60 to 90 days during which you do not have to pay anything. After the grace period expires you will be required to make monthly payments and will be charged interest. You can avoid paying the interest or finance charge if you pay off the bill before the grace period expires. The no finance charge period and interest rates can vary, so it is best to find out this information before making the purchase.

Other clothing retailers have store credit cards that allow you to charge your purchases with them whether it be online or in the store. Often there is little to no enrollment process or credit check. Some are as easy to get as clicking the “credit” option at checkout. Monthly payments are made with interest added. If granted store credit, your credit score might also be improved over time.
